Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Henry M.Jackson Hydroelectric Project,No.2157 Notice of Intent of Snohomish County PUD and City of Everett December 1,2005 (8) Counties,Towns,Political Subdivisions or Federal Facilities Occupied by Project (i) The Project does not use any federal facilities. County contact information is: Snohomish County 3000 Rockefeller Everett,Washington 98201 (ii) Portions of the Project,certain recreation access sites, and certain lands included in the Project's Wildlife Habitat Management Plan lie within the boundaries of the City of Everett. These remote annexed properties surround the City's Water Filtration Plant and municipal water supply storage reservoir, Lake Chaplain. There are four cities and towns located within a 15-mile radius of the Project with only one,Monroe, exceeding a population of 5,000 (15,480 in 2004). The City of Sultan, several miles south of the Project had a population in 2004 of 4,135. (iii)No Project facilities are located in or proposed for location in an irrigation district, drainage district, or similar special purpose political subdivision, nor does any federal facility use or operate any Project facilities.
