• <br /> /4Posrati <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5698 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of that portion of Rockefeller <br /> Ave lying between 13th and 14th Streets and the Alley in the Block of 248, <br /> Plat of Fourteenth Street Addition to Everett. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of those portions of <br /> Rockefeller Ave and the Alley in Block 248, Plat of Fourteenth Street Addition to Everett, <br /> described as follows: <br /> That portion of Rockefeller Avenue right of way lying between and adjoining <br /> Block 247, Plat of Everett Division"R"according to the plat thereof recorded in <br /> Volume 6 of Plats, Page 33, and Block 248, Plat of Fourteenth Street Addition to <br /> Everett, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 71, <br /> both of the above plat references are to be found in the records of Snohomish <br /> County, Washington; <br /> The northerly line of this vacation being a line from the northeast corner of said <br /> Block 247 to the northwest corner of said Block 248, and the southerly line being <br /> a line from the southeast corner of said Block 247 to the southwest corner of said <br /> Block 248: <br /> and as shown on the attached sketch,have petitioned for the vacation of said right of way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for <br /> public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for December 5, 2005, at 8:30 a.m., in the City Council <br /> Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-o -way as herein de cribed. <br /> //, <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of November 2005. <br /> Council President <br />
