Jackson Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project No. 2157, Application for Non-Capacity Related License Amendment for Revisions to the Project Recreation Plan Dear Secretary Salas: Pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 4.200 et seq., Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County("PUD") hereby submits the attached application to amend the license of the Henry M. Jackson Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project No. 2157 ("Project"), on behalf of itself and co-licensee City of Everett, Washington. As detailed in the attached application,the PUD seeks to amend the Project Recreation Plan to conform to certain security measures instituted at the Jackson Project in response to the events of September 11, 2001. In accordance with 18 C.F.R. § 388.112, the application is filed as follows: 1. Volume 1: This volume consists of the application with Critical Energy Infrastructure Information("CEII") removed. An original and fourteen (14) public copies of this Volume 1 are submitted. See 18 C.F.R. § 388.112(b)(2)(i). 2. Volume 2: This volume contains the CEII that has been removed from the public version of the application. Pursuant to instructions developed by the Commission's Secretary, this volume, as well as the information contained therein, has been marked"Contains Critical Energy Infrastructure Information—Do Not Release."
