/111W <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5668 <br /> A Resolution Approving a rezone of Property Located at 2316 12th Stree , rom R-3 <br /> to R-3 PRD (Multiple Family—Planned Residential Development) and a <br /> Preliminary Subdivision of Twenty (20) lots. <br /> WHEREAS, 12th Street Partners filed an application to rezone property generally located <br /> at 2316 12th Street from R-3 (Multiple Family Medium Density Residential) to R-3 <br /> Planned Residential Development (R-3 PRD) and concurrently filed an application to <br /> subdivide said property into twenty (20) single family lots for the purpose of re-locating <br /> eleven (11)homes from the Historic Donovan District and provide nine (9) other lots for <br /> construction of new single family detached dwellings; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett held a public hearing and did <br /> adopt findings, conclusions, and a decision dated August 11, 2005, recommending to the <br /> Everett City Council that the proposed preliminary Subdivision be approved in <br /> accordance with the conditions of the Examiners Decision and that the proposed Planned <br /> Residential Development(rezone) be approved pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 32 <br /> and Section 41.160 D of EMC Title 19 (Zoning Code), as amended, subject to the <br /> conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS; The City Council Finds: <br /> 1. The Planned Residential Development(rezone) is consistent with the Everett <br /> General Plan; and <br /> 2. The Planned Residential Development(rezone) bears a substantial relation to the <br /> public health, safety and welfare and promotes the best long term interest of the <br /> Everett community; and <br /> 3. The terms of this Resolution are sufficient to mitigate adverse impacts upon <br /> existing or anticipated land uses in the immediate vicinity of the property herein <br /> described in Exhibit"B". <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett that: <br /> 1 <br />
