• <br /> 6 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. tag.* <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special parks improvement project entitled"1998-2000 <br /> Park Restrooms Remodeling Improvement Project",Fund 354,Program 004 as <br /> established by Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2452-00. <br /> WHEREAS,the special parks improvement project entitled "1998-2000 Park Restrooms <br /> Remodeling Improvement Project",Fund 354, Program 004,was established to provide <br /> for the said repairs and improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special parks improvement project has been <br /> accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the"1998-2000 Park Restrooms Remodeling Improvement Project", Fund 354, <br /> Program 004,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"1998-2000 Park Restrooms Remodeling <br /> Improvement Project",Fund 354, Program 004, are as follows: <br /> A.
