Council City Attorney Citizen Comments ACTION ITEMS (to be considered individually) (1) Adopt the recommendations of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee regarding allocations of current Lodging Tax revenues: "That the Budget and Finance Committee seek proposals for available Hotel Motel Tax funds including the $17,000 allocated for Visitor Information Bureau. That the Budget and Finance Committee, when reviewing the proposals in response to the RFP evaluate a mix of activities and financial information including overall marketing of space, the criteria for funds would also include a review of reviewed, audited or compiled financial statements from prior years." (2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Construction and Maintenance Agreement with Burlington Northern Santa Fe for the 41st Street Overcrossing Project (3) Accept the bid and Authorize Award of the Construction Contract for the East Everett Pedestrian Walkway Improvements (Stage II) to Mer-Con, Inc., Maple Valley, WA the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, in the amount of $206,931.30 (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign an Amendment with CHS Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $182,000 for Design Services for Northend Basement Flood Reduction "F."
