The leased area is on the 2 floor of the Conference Center located at 2000 Hewitt Avenue and <br /> comprises 2000 square feet. The term is four (4) years with two (2) three year options to extend. The rental <br /> rate is $3,333.33 per month and after the first three years is subject to Consumer Price Index increases. In <br /> addition, 4 parking stalls located South of Wall Street are included in the lease at an additional cost of <br /> $45.00 per stall. <br /> This has been reviewed and approved by the Real Estate Committee <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to execute the lease agreement with the Everett Chamber of Commerce for 2000 <br /> square feet of office area located on the 2"d floor of the Conference Center at 2000 Hewitt Avenue. <br /> 29 <br />
