WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2003 <br /> CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> Roll Call <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Approval of Minutes: November 26, 2003 Approved <br /> Mayor's Comments Appt/Ev Housing Auth Bd-Ryan <br /> Council <br /> City Attorney Executive session <br /> Citizen Comments <br /> CONSENT ITEMS (to be considered individually) <br /> (1) Adopt Resolution #5408 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $4,493,386.89 for the period of November 15, 2003 through <br /> November 21, 2003 <br /> (2) Adopt Resolution #5409 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett <br /> in the amount of $2,597,504.95 for the period ending November 15, 2003 <br /> (3) Accept the 10th Street Improvements Project as complete and Authorize <br /> the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion releasing retainage in the amount <br /> of $6,245.99 <br /> (4) Accept the Standardized Security Management System Project as <br /> complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion and Final <br /> Contract Voucher Certification, which will start the 60-day retention period for <br /> the release of retainage funds in the amount of $13,524.57 <br /> Consent items approved <br /> ACTION ITEMS (to be considered individually) <br /> (5) Declare Police Impound items to be surplus and Authorize sale at a public <br /> auction to be conducted by James G. Murphy, Inc., Auctioneers <br /> Authorized <br /> (6) Adopt Resolution #5409 sole source for Snohomish County PUD to relocate <br /> existing high voltage power distribution cable to accommodate the South <br /> Effluent Transfer Project <br /> Adopted <br />
