The pipelines are located between a point approximately 750 feet east of the Snohomish River to a point <br /> on the west side of Home Acres Road. The pipelines will be replaced with similarly sized pipes. The scope <br /> for this project also includes environmental studies, geotechnical investigations, permitting, and wetland <br /> mitigation.
