Provide a clear description of the project to be financed in part by a Public Works <br /> Trust Fund loan. (Attach additional sheets if necessary): <br /> The project involves the design and preparation of bid documents for the replacement <br /> of approximately 3,800 lineal ft. of 48-inch diameter pile supported pipe for both <br /> Transmission Lines No. 2 and No. 3 (approximately 7,600 feet total). The pipelines <br /> are located between a point approximately 750 feet east of the Snohomish River to a <br /> point on the west side of Home Acres Road. The pipelines will be replaced with <br /> similarly sized pipes. The scope for this project also includes environmental studies, <br /> geotechnical investigations, permitting, and wetland mitigation. <br /> 2.
