7 <br /> • a) Financial management records in the form of separate <br /> accounts, including personnel, property, financial and <br /> programmatic records, which sufficiently and properly reflect all <br /> direct and indirect costs of any nature and all services <br /> performed under this Agreement; <br /> b) Records that demonstrate that the properties to be acquired, <br /> rehabilitated, or constructed in the HOME activities meet the <br /> property standards in HOME regulations; <br /> c) Records that demonstrate compliance with the requirements in <br /> HOME regulations for affordable housing regarding owner- <br /> occupied rehabilitation, including the value after rehabilitation of <br /> the property. Records must be kept for each household <br /> assisted; <br /> d) Equal Opportunity and fair housing records containing: <br /> (i) Data on the extent to which each racial and ethnic group <br /> and single-headed households (by gender of household <br /> head) have applied for, participated in, or benefited from, <br /> any Program or activity funded in whole or in part with <br /> County funds; <br /> (ii) Documentation and data on the steps taken to implement <br /> the County's outreach Programs to minority-owned and <br /> female-owned businesses, including data indicating the <br /> racial/ethnic or gender character of each business entity <br /> receiving a contract or subcontract of$1,000 or more <br /> paid, or to be paid, with County funds; the amount of the <br /> contract or subcontract, and documentation of Agency's <br /> affirmative steps to assure that minority-business and <br /> women's business enterprises have an equal opportunity <br /> to obtain or compete for contracts and subcontracts as <br /> sources of supplies, equipment, construction, and <br /> services; <br /> (iii) Documentation of the actions the Agency has taken to <br /> affirmatively further fair housing; <br /> e) Records which demonstrate compliance with environmental <br /> review requirements in 24 CFR part 92.351; <br /> f) Records which demonstrate compliance with the requirements <br /> regarding displacement, relocation, and real property <br /> acquisition, including Project occupancy lists identifying the <br /> name and address of all persons occupying the real property, <br /> moving into the property, and occupying the property upon <br /> completion of acquisition, rehabilitation or construction; <br /> g) Records concerning lead-based paint; <br /> h) Records supporting requests for waivers of the conflict of <br /> interest prohibitions; <br /> 8 �9 <br />
