7 <br /> Attachment A <br /> Description of Activities <br /> AGENCY: CITY OF EVERETT <br /> CONTRACT NUMBER: HOME 2003#2 <br /> The City of Everett will use HOME funds from the Snohomish County/City of Everett Consortium <br /> to undertake eligible activities in the City of Everett. <br /> In addition to the known activities outlined below, the City of Everett may undertake other eligible <br /> HOME activities. The following activities are listed as eligible within 24 CFR 92.205 and 209: <br /> New construction, reconstruction, and rehabilitation, including real property acquisition, site <br /> improvements, conversion, demolition, financing costs, relocation expenses and tenant-based <br /> rental assistance <br /> Any activities carried out under this Agreement must conform to applicable federal regulations. <br /> Additional activities must be listed in an amendment to Attachment "A" and must describe the <br /> activity and provide a timeline and budget. <br /> The following activities are currently being undertaken under this Agreement.
