Expenditure Required $ -0- Account Number(s): Amount Budgeted $ -0- Additional Required $ -0- DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: The purpose is to establish a partnership,combine the resources of WSP, SNOCO and EPD to coordinate, and provide a service to the citizens of Snohomish County, the City of Everett and the State of Washington. Once signed the Agreement will remain in effect until terminated in accordance with the agreed terms. The Interagency Bomb Squad Agreement supercedes WSP Agreement number C000058GSC between WSP, SNOCO and EPD. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the attached Memorandum of Understanding between the Washington State Patrol,the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office and the Everett Police Department to establish an Interagency Bomb Squad Agreement. 15
