The <br /> Interagency Bomb Squad Agreement supercedes WSP Agreement number C000058GSC between WSP, <br /> SNOCO and EPD. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the attached Memorandum of Understanding between the Washington State <br /> Patrol,the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office and the Everett Police Department to establish an Interagency <br /> Bomb Squad Agreement. <br /> 15 <br />
