RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): To approve the closure of Lombard, California to Hewitt from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for staging; and a rolling street closure beginning at the Everett Events Center,proceeding west on Hewitt,north on Colby, east on Everett Avenue, south on Broadway, and west on Hewitt to the Events Center between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. for a Martin Luther King Jr. March on January 13, 2005, sponsored by the YMCA, Snohomish County and the City of Everett. 3
