SELECTION PROCESS The City will establish a selection committee comprised of City staff members and/or professionals outside the city to review responses and select, if applicable, respondents for an interview. SOQs will be reviewed to determine the ability of the respondent to meet the City's objectives for development of the project as demonstrated in the proposer's SOQ. Selection consideration for the interview will be based on the respondent's score in the first five categories, a possible total of 120 points. The City may choose to interview up to four respondents. The score of the first 5 categories will be added to the score of the Oral Interview for a possible total of 160 points in the selection process. Categories: 1. Assembled Team's Experience with Similar Projects/Site Issues 40 points 2. Firm's Experience with Similar Projects/Site Issues 15 points 3. Design Concept—Fit with City Objectives 40 points 4. DBE Participation Requirements 5 points 5. Project Approach—Project Management Narrative 20 points Subtotal possible 120 points 6.
