Vir EVERETT POLICE DEPARTMENT -1'1r y%r' CODE ENFORCEMENT UNIT November 10, 2014 Evertrust Peter Eriksen, Trustee of Evertrust 9532 SW 0 Road Royal City, WA 99357 Re: Case #CE12-0946: Hearing Examiner Order Property Abatement Violation Address: 1611 24th Street, Everett, WA 98201 Dear Evertrust & Mr. Eriksen, On August 9, 2012, the City of Everett Hearing Examiner issued an Order requiring you to abate the violations of IPMC 108.1.5; IPMC 108.1.1; IPMC 108.1.3; IPMC 304.1.1; IPMC 304.7; IPMC 304.2; IPMC 304.6 and EMC 8.20.020(E)(F) on the property noted above and issued a fine of $4,500.00. You failed to abate all or part of the violations. Pursuant to the Order of the City of Everett Code Official the City abated the outstanding violations. The abatement of the violations on the property was completed on September 4, 2014, pursuant to the Order of the City of Everett Code Official and provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, chapter 1.20. The cost to the City for this work is $6,245.00 and an invoice is attached. According to EMC 1.20.090 (B), all costs of abatement, including incidental expenses, shall be billed to the Respondent and become due and payable 30 days from the date of this bill. Failure to pay this fine could result in an assessment lien against the property. Please note that this is the only notice you will be receiving from the City in regards to this matter.
