Impound fees, owner-requested transport or pick up fees, owner requested pick-up fees, and daily <br /> care per animal fees have not been changed in over 10 years. A fee for owner-requested drop-off is being <br /> added. Sales of animal fees were changed in 2003 when sales fees were increased to cover the expense of <br /> spaying and neutering animals. Sales of animal fees are increasing to more accurately cover the cost of doing <br /> business and reflect the marketplace. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> ADOPT AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICE FEES AND AMENDING ORDINANCES 1810/96 <br /> 2394-99,AND 2684-03 (Everett Municipal Code 6.04.100) <br />
