Cats and small animals, fifteen dollars.; less than 25 pounds, twenty five <br /> dollars($25). <br /> b. Large dogs and animals(thirty pounds or more), twenty dollars. ; forty-five <br /> dollars ($45). <br /> 7. Intake Fee. <br /> a. The Shelter will only accept animals from outside the City if the City has a <br /> written agreement with the government agency responsible for the <br /> geographic area from which the animal came. The City shall charge an <br /> intake fee for handling animals brought to the Shelter to the government <br /> agency responsible for the geographic area from which the animal came. <br /> The City shall charge the intake fee irrespective of whether the animal was <br /> delivered by an employee of the government agency, a resident of the <br /> geographic area from which the animal came, or anyone else. The intake <br /> fee amount shall be established by resolution. <br /> b. This annual fee shall reflect all costs to operate the Everett Animal Shelter, <br /> calculated over a 12 month period, starting on July 01, and ending June 30, <br /> each year. <br /> — 8.
