On October 1, 2004, City <br /> Staff will conduct a 2-hour training session to teach CTR employers how to correctly fill out and submit <br /> annual reports to the City of Everett and to Washington State. The City of Everett is required by the State <br /> CTR Law to conduct annual report training for the affected employers at least once annually. The attached <br /> agreement will allow City Staff to conduct the training in a"hands-on"practical manner. The cost of the <br /> facility rental is covered by the C lit agreement between the Washington State Department of Transportation <br /> and the City of Everett (GCA366). <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the mayor to sign the Non <br /> Consortium Public Facility Use Agreement between NSIS Higher Education Consortium and the City of <br /> Everett. <br />
