May 6, 2015 <br /> Agreement with Barney & Worth, Inc. to provide an update to the <br /> Downtown Area Parking Inventory and Parking Utilization Study, in <br /> the amount of$95,485.00. <br /> Debra Bryant, CAO/CFO, stated there may be dollars available to expand <br /> the utilization study to include areas around Everett Community College. <br /> Council Member Tuohy asked if that also included areas around the <br /> Providence Regional Medical Center. Debra Bryant stated she would <br /> check with Ryan Sass, City Engineer, to confirm. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WATER MAIN <br /> REPLACEMENT Q-PHASE 2 <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Brown and Caldwell to provide engineering design <br /> services for Water Main Replacement "Q-Phase 2" in the amount of <br /> $9,960.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — PURCHASE OF A GRANULAR MEDIA FILTRATION <br /> PILOT PLANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to adopt Resolution No. 6851 waiving competitive bidding <br /> requirements and authorize purchase of a Granular Media Filtration <br /> 134 <br />
