The width of proposed deck (walk-wqy) does not exceed the width <br /> of the roof overhang (includiny gutters). <br /> 3. The ad,�oining lut to the south will not be affected by the proposed <br /> deck because in all probability a house would be constructed on <br /> its southern border to obtain meximum view potential . <br /> 4. A deck (walk-wa�y) will add to the overall appearance of Mr. Leettola's � <br /> house and provide a practical outside access to and from the deck <br /> area and for the convenience of washing windows. <br /> 6ranting this variance would not obstruct any view area and would add to <br /> overall apearance of the house. <br /> W.
