The City's funcdon herein is simply to compute and receive the latecomer fas and to vansmit the same to the Owner; all such fees shall be paid without computadon of any interest; fees of less than S25 need not be collected or transmitted. The City shall pay the Owner the sum agreed by it to be collected pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, within sixty (60) days after rxeipt thereof at the address of the Owner as set forth hereinafter or at such other addcesses as the Owner shall provide by certified mail. The City shall not be responsible for locating any beneficiary or survivor � entitled to benefiu by or through the Agreement and any coilected funds unciaimed by � Owner after three years from the eapiration of the Agreement may be nturned to parties making payment to the City.
