Robert Webb has proposed and received prciiminary approval for aa eight lot short plat off Seahurst Avenue. The project will require the exumion of a public sewer main which will serve other residrnts oa Seahurst that ere presendy served by septic systems. The new uwer main wili not only allow the existing rcsidents to cormect W the public sewer system, but provide the opportuniry for fiuther development of their property. All affecud properry owners have bern contacted by ceRified mail of the proposed latecomers agreement. While a number of property owners contacted Mr. WeNb's engineer for additional information, it appears the proposed sewer has azea support.
