Here is the story. <br /> We posted a stop work order on 1/15/2010 for work being performed without the required permits, this included the <br /> enclosure of an existing carport with O58 sheathing thus converting the space to another use. <br /> The occupant, a tenant,then secured the required permit with the knowledge and permission of the owner. This permit <br /> was issued on 2/Ol/2010. <br /> The permit holder was reminded to obtain the required approvals several times including phone calls and a letter. <br /> 7he permit has expired (7/22/2011) and the required approvals have yet to be obtained.The addition is not completed <br /> nor is it attractive,the next door neighbor has reminded me of this on more than one occasion. <br /> Please add this property to your long list of enforcement actions. <br /> The records are in place in our CRW files along with a couple of photo attachments. <br /> Thank you again.
