Hi Kevin, Here is a case that we have that has festered for too long. Here is the story. We posted a stop work order on 1/15/2010 for work being performed without the required permits, this included the enclosure of an existing carport with O58 sheathing thus converting the space to another use. The occupant, a tenant,then secured the required permit with the knowledge and permission of the owner. This permit was issued on 2/Ol/2010. The permit holder was reminded to obtain the required approvals several times including phone calls and a letter. 7he permit has expired (7/22/2011) and the required approvals have yet to be obtained.The addition is not completed nor is it attractive,the next door neighbor has reminded me of this on more than one occasion. Please add this property to your long list of enforcement actions. The records are in place in our CRW files along with a couple of photo attachments. Thank you again. Enjoy the upcoming weekend!
