Council is asked to <br /> approve the form of agreement to avoid having to ask Council repeatedly to approve the same agreement with each <br /> of the participating agencies. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Approve the form of the Memorandum of <br /> Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with each participating law enforcement agency. <br /> 21 <br />
