17 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled <br /> "1993 Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement", Fund 368 as established <br /> by Ordinance No. 1953-93. <br /> WHEREAS, the "1993 Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement", Fund 368 was <br /> established to provide for the development of contract plans, specifications and detailed <br /> cost estimates and construction required to provide for Northeast Everett Neighborhood <br /> Improvements, Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvements, Riverside Neighborhood <br /> Improvements, and Lowell Neighborhood Improvements, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 368, entitled "1993 Block Grant <br /> Neighborhood Improvement" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final expenses and revenues for the "1993 Block Grant <br /> Neighborhood Improvement," Fund 368, are as follows: <br /> A. Use of Funds <br /> Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvements $ 15,000 <br /> Riverside Neighborhood Improvements 15,000 <br /> Northeast Neighborhood Improvements 15,000 <br /> TOTAL $ 45,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> 1993 Community Block Grant Funds $ 45,000 <br /> 88 <br />
