Presently storage oE tractors, mowers and <br /> � �� support equipoent for the galf course is at capacity and requires additonal � <br /> indoor uork space and storage areas.Included in this exisiting building is a <br /> o� �� staEf roao, chdnical storage facilty, vehicle maintenance shop, and irrigation <br /> y controls and operation. 'Ihis facility has bean upgraged since 1944 in ordar to <br /> � = remalc current in code requirements but now has out grown its present ability <br /> �� to service the maintenance needs. <br /> o H 'Ihe Proposed facility will house the equipnent repair and vehilce repair area <br /> � � as Well as the irrigation control center. The use of specialized equipnent to meet the demand of 80,000 rounds <br /> y of golf a year at Legion is critical. The course was designed to accanodate <br /> only 40,000 rounds of golf. <br /> 2, Existing streets, utilities and public services serving the site a adequate <br /> for tha proposed special use <br /> �'� �' 3.No additonal trafEic generation on City streets is projected. <br /> �"� 4. The Maintenance area is limited to public access .exisiting Park parking <br /> and on site circulation is adequate. <br /> � � S.Exisitng and proposed structures are caupatablle with Park and Golf Course , <br /> setting. <br /> ��' �� 6.'Ihe Everett Parks and Recreatrion department regulates their own internal <br /> � �'� sign systems to ensure they met Park Standards and City Code requirements. <br /> (� �' 7.Facisitng Landscaping of maintenance area exists and further developoent of <br /> � � Landscaping is proposed in the future Park Master Plan improvements. <br /> 8.'Ihis site and use is consistant with the City General Plan Goals and Polices. <br /> '� � 9.This project is in caopliance with local ,State, and Federal regulations as <br /> it exists for maintenance and storage facilitie5 supporting Park and <br /> �-'�' Recreation function. <br /> �I <br />
