The property was assembled as the properties became available. The subject site consists of approximately 22,488 sq. ft. (.52 acres) and is improved with an 8500 sq. ft. metal frame office/warehouse building built in 1977 and a partially paved parking lot The subject property is zoned C-2 Heavy Commercial/Light Industrial.
