Pipe openings shall be sized to accepl pipes of the specified size(s) and <br /> matenal(s�, and shall he sealed by lhe Contraclor with a hydraulic cement <br /> con(orming lo ASTM C:i95M <br /> B. Internal aluminum plate components shall be aluminum alloy 5052•H32 in <br /> accordance with ASTM B 209. <br /> C. Sealant to be ulilized at the base of the swirl chamber shall be GO durometer <br /> exiruded nitrile buladiene rubber (Bun2 N) and shall be provided to lhe <br /> concrete precaster for inslallation. <br /> D. Brick or masonry used to build the manhole trame to grade shall confortn to <br /> ASTM C 32 or ASTM C 139 and shall be installed in r,onformance with all <br /> local requiremenis. <br /> E. Casting for manhole frames and wvers shall be in accordance wilh ASTM <br /> A48, CL.308 and AASHTO M105. A bitumen sealant in contormance with ASTM C 990 shall ba ulilized in the <br /> sealing of the joinl between the swid chamber and lhe vault at the long wall <br /> tangent points.
