3 <br /> Dear Neighbors, <br /> Please remember that on October 23rd, 2004 the 17th <br /> Annual Puget Sound Festival will commence. This <br /> year festival has 25 Bands competing from <br /> Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. <br /> Please rememberthat the Bands will be using the <br /> street for practice and staging starting at 9:00 AM to <br /> 9:30 PM. We are asking for the streets to be cleared <br /> of vehicles for the safety of the Bands. Enclosed are <br /> PSFOB PARKING PERMITS to be used when <br /> entering and exiting the residential area. Please use <br /> caution and follow the directions of the parking <br /> attendants. <br /> We encourage you to attend the Festival as our <br /> guests.
