Expenditure Required $ 250,000 Account Number(s):Fund 354,Program 023 Amount Budgeted $ 0 Additional Required $ 250,000 DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: The attached ordinance will create"Wiggums Hollow Skate Park",Fund 354, Program 023. The Wiggums Hollow Master Plan includes a skate park that is to be developed on the north side of 10th Street. Due to funding limitations during the first phase of the project the skate park was not built. The master plan describes the skate park as being constructed to provide a variety of activities for various skill levels. Landscaping shall also be included to beautify the site and help control noise. The skate park project shall include design, grading,concrete work,fencing, landscaping, lighting and site development work as needed. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt the proposed ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled"Wiggums Hollow Skate Park", Fund 354,Program 023,to accumulate all costs for the improvement project.
