Following <br /> ic�veetigation by one of the City's Codp Compliance Officers, <br /> Gnudulupe-Young decided to vacate one-half of the 1717 Baker structure <br /> acd to file for a non-conforming use determination on [M 1717-1/2 Baker <br /> etructure. (testimony) Cuadalupe's application for non-conforming uae <br /> certification wae filed on or about January 4, 1990, and aesigned C1ty <br /> Eile number NCU 13-89. (e�ibit 2) <br /> 5. On March 9, 1990, the City Plaaning Department denied non-conforming use <br /> certification for 1717-1/2 Baker baeed upon: County Asaeaeur recorda <br /> ehowing the aub�ect property used as a aingle-family reeldence from 1914 <br /> �hrough �989; County Asseaeor recorda ahowing use of the 1717-1/2 Baker <br /> etructurr. ae a garage tram 1914 to 1982; abeence in the 1956 through <br /> 1982 Polk City Dtrectoriee of any entry for 1717-1/'l Baker; and <br /> electrical recorda ehowing installatlon of separate electrical aervice <br /> for 1717-1/2 Baker in 1983.
