6-22- L 1.I I \'!
From the desk of,
Jeffrey A. Cooper '' ' '
606 Yz Marine Street ..•.-••••-•-•-•-.•.•••—•........
Santa Monica, CA 90405 CITY OF EVEAEf1
310-399-6268 EnginecrinNiph- •vias
City of Everett Permit Services
3200 Cedar Street
Everett Washington 98201
Dear Examiner/ Regarding permit extensions,
I was in Ever•tt during the first two weeks of June working on the plumbing and
interior of my house at 1818 Baker. On Saturday the 16"' a county assessor
came by but I missed him. On the following Monday, I called him from Santa
Monica and the issue of permits came up. He mentioned that my permits may no
longer be valid. I discovered that two sets of permits had lapsed. l'hus I need to
request permit extensions.
The permits in question are C0603-030 and BO608-043. i have two additional
permits to pick up. I plan to return to Everett in August and request an inspection
on the plumbing on the front house (C0603-030) and pay for the additional two
permits.
I had planned to be much further along with this project by now. However I was
not able to initiate the new addition project. I had to work on the foundation to
make sure that the existing house was level in order to proceed with the addition,
which took several trips to Everett. At this point the foundation issue has been
solved.
My current residence ard business is in Santa Monica, California. I am oniy able
to work on this project every couple of months. I plan to move to Evereti next '
year and live at 1818 Bakec So in advance I appreciate your patience and '
working with me regarding the extension of my permits. The scope and details of
the project have not changed, only the time for completion.
Regards,
  ;.
J.A. Cooper
