Dear Margaret McLeod, As mentioned in our telephone conversations regarding my property at 1818 Baker, Everett Washington 98201 , enclosed is a note recapping our conversations. I bought the house several years ago. Soon after I started planning to add an addition to the house and a garage on the back alley side of the property, as well as re-doing the bathroom, wiring and plumbing. Once I got into the project I realized tnat the existing house needed extensive repairs including re-doing the bathroom wiring, permit E0805-011 , which received final approval on 10-15-08 and C0603-030 add laundry/remodel/bathroom which has received 2 inspections one on 8-30-07 and one on 2-1-08. I also painted the house inside and out, well as building a storage-shed outside of the house. All the work that I have done so far ended up taking more time than I had anticipated. I plan to niove to Everett in the Spring of 2009. After I get settled I'm planning to start working on the completion of the project. If you would please extend permits B0608-043 New detached garage, P0703-011 Added plumbing to the garage, and C0612-001 Addition bedroom bath.
