The <br /> bedroom/bath addition (C0612-001) needs to have the footings and foundation <br /> completed and approved by that date in order for the permit to remain valid <br /> after July 1, 2010. M the event that has not happened, the permit will be <br /> expired, and a new submittal with complete fees will be required. <br /> Your permits have been approved under the IRC 2003 Building Code. On July 1, <br /> 2010, your permits will be two codes in the past.
