On Saturday the 16" a county assesso:
came by but I missed him. On the following Monday, I called him from Sante
Monica and the issue of permits came up. He mentioned that my permits may no
longer be valid. I discovered that two sets of permits had lapsed. Thus I need to
request permit extensions.
The permits in question are C0603-030 and t30808-043. I have lwo additional
permits to pick up. I plan to return to Everett in August and request an inspecHon
on the plumbing on the front house (C0603-030) and pay for khe additional two
permits.
I had planned to be much further along with this project by now. However I was
not able to initiate the new addition project. I had to work on the foundation to
make sure that the existing house was level in order to proceed with the addition,
whir,h took several trips to Everett. At this point the foundation issue has been
solved.
My current residence and business is in 5anta Monica, California. I am only able
to work on this project every couple of months. I plan to move to Everett next
year and live at 1818 Baker. So in advance I appreciate your patience and
working with me regarding the extemion uf my permits. The scope and details of
the project have not changed, only tlie timp for competion.
Regards,
  (
J.A. Cooper
