I' � T0: Jim Langus FROM: Larry Callahan DATE: December 3, 1984 SUBJECT: Collection of Rainwater at 2010 Baker This offlce received a complaint 11/29/84 that rainwater was collecting in the rear yard of Mrs. Evans at 2010 Baker and that this water was running into her yard from the property to the north, 200fl Baker. Upon inspecting the situation this date it has been determined that the ' water problem is from the Evans' gutters and runs in a northerly direction , (fall is to the north) and collects at the low area at the NW corner of the Evan's 1ot. This problem appears to have been created by the lack of maintenance of the gutters on the Evans' garage. Also, it appears this has been a problem for years and now the neighbors to the north have constructed a new garage. ; The Evans' (Mrs. ) is stating this is a new problem. The new garage cannot possibly be creating the problem as the eaves are I running in a north-south direction anJ the roof drainage is falling onto their own property and not that of the Evans' .
