2 <br /> WASHINGTON STATE <br /> DEPARTMENT OF <br /> ECOLOGY <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY <br /> NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE AN EXISTING WATER RIGHT <br /> TAKE NOTICE: <br /> That The City of Everett of Everett, Washington on March 17, 1998, has filed an application of <br /> change to ground water certificate 2186. Certificated use is for 750 gpm, 800 acre-feet per <br /> year for heating and cooling maintenance building, as granted under Ground Water Right 2186, <br /> priority date December 23, 1953. That the original point of withdrawal is located in Lot 7, Block <br /> 661 of Everett Division No. 1, Section 20, Township 29N, Range 5E, W.M. in Snohomish <br /> County. The place of use is located within lots 1 through 22, Block 661, Plat of Everett Division <br /> No. 1. <br /> The request here is to change the point of withdrawal to wells located in Sections 17 and 8, T. <br /> 29N., R 5E., to change the purpose to municipal and to change the place of use to the area <br /> served by the City of Everett as described in the most recently approved water system plan and <br /> periodic updates. <br /> No increase will be made to the instantaneous withdrawal rate or annual quantity. <br /> Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed <br /> statement of the basis for objections: protests must be accompanied with a two-dollar <br /> ($2.00) recording fee (PLEASE REMIT CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY) and filed with the <br /> Department of Ecology at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from <br /> (Last date of publication to be entered above by publisher) <br /> Department of Ecology <br /> Northwest Regional Office <br /> 3190 - 160th SE I <br /> Bellevue, WA 98008 <br />
