Section 1: Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended, definition of"Public service use, <br /> building," which reads as follows: <br /> "Public service use, building" means a use or building supporting the services provided by a <br /> public agency. This term includes fire stations, police precinct or substations, community <br /> centers, and other public service uses, but does not include government administrative <br /> offices; schools; equipment storage yards, buildings or parking; correctional facilities; parks; <br /> public or publicly subsidized housing; social service agencies; or utility facilities. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Public service use, building" means a use or building supporting the services provided by a <br /> public agency. This term includes fire stations, police precinct or substations, community <br /> centers, and other public service uses, but, except as otherwise provided by this Title, does <br /> not include government administrative offices; schools; equipment storage yards, buildings <br /> or parking; correctional facilities; parks; public or publicly subsidized housing; social service <br /> agencies; or utility facilities. <br /> 2 <br />
