Just the porch floor and the steps would show concrete. This approval is just for concrete, not for any special paving over the concrete. Thank you for calling to requezt this change. The design would still be the same as shown on the approved plans. I've done some research in the neighborhaod as well as in the rest of North Everett, and have found that many houses have concrete steps and perches. I assure you that whatever l do would be tastefully done, as I want to make sure the front of my house is as beauttful as possible! I have not finaUzed any plans as far as using concrete is concerned because I am still checking on pricing, but I would appreciate it tf you would talk to staff about my request as soon as possible. 7he foundation footings and walls are going to be poured next week, and whether or not I am able to have a concrete porch and stairs will determine how the foundation should be framed. For that reason, I would really appreciate a response as early next week as possible. I apologize for not asking about this sooner, but to be honest with you, it didn't even dawn on me that it might be an issue until rr,y builder asked about it. Thank you, Jan! Esther
