On Seotember 13th I was at the property and noted several inoperative vehicles, trash and debris on the oremises and a structure being built to the south of your house. There wasn't anyone home at the time so I left a note for someone to call me. On September 18th there was a call from your wife wFile I was out of the office. The message left was, "Will be back in town on Friday - i waiting for plans to be drawn up on garage." Our office has not received a call or a building permft application as yet. � In accordance with Sec. 8.20 of the Everett Municipal Code, it is uniawful to allow an accumulation of trash, debris and garba9e on private pro�erty. ; � � It is also unlawful to store inoperative vehicles on private property unless encicsed, such as in a garage. It is a criminal offense to m�intain such vehicles pursuant to City of Everett Ordinance 869-82, i It is unlawful , �ursuant to the Uniform Building r,ode, adopted by the �� C1 ;y of Everett, to erect structures without first obtaining permits for such structures. � Your immediate attention is required in correcting these violations. �!
