WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 6, 2004 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: September 29, 2004 Mayor's Comments Council City Attorney Citizen Comments CONSENT ITEMS (to be considered individually) (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $ 1,769,812.91 for the period of September 18, 2004, through September 24, 2004 (2) Adopt Resolution # authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $ 2,554,975.35 for the period of September 18, 2004, through September 24, 2004 (3) Adopt Resolution # authorizing electronic transfers against the City of Everett in the amount of $ 5,433,512.16 for the period of August 1, 2004, through August 31, 2004 (4) Authorize Call for Bids for the Interurban Trail Northern Extension Stage II, Phase 2 Project, with the bid opening to be scheduled for October 26, 2004 (5) Accept the 2004 Pavement Marking Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion releasing the retainage in the amount of $1,563.86 ACTION ITEMS (to be considered individually) (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Vehicle Lease Agreement with National Insurance Crime Bureau allowing the Everett Police Department to accept three undercover vehicles for the sum of $1.00 per vehicle (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement with Greater Everett Community Foundation establishing the Everett Parks and Recreation Fund (8) Adopt Resolution # accepting the petition and setting the public hearing for November 3, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. in the Everett City Council chambers located at 3002 Wetmore Avenue for the Vacation of 25th Avenue S.
