Two basehoard electnc heaters at the upstaus <br /> bedroom and athc room are not working. The circuits that serve the,e heaters at the mam service panel appear to be m <br /> the on position. <br /> 2. One kitchen electncal receptade at the main counter area is not working <br /> 3 Modem winng at the basement area has been installed that appears to srrvc thP krtrhen range Thls is a large cablr <br /> that is inconectly installed and supported. <br /> This winn� has been installed relatively recently (not original equ�pment) This e6tcVical work was mstalled wrthout <br /> permrts and approvals <br /> 4 Other wning observed at the main service panels is mcorrectly Installed, some of this winng is not sheathed as <br /> reqwred and some of tha wiring �5 installed in violat�on of code This wiring was installed without prrm�ts or approvals <br /> (no record o(any permrts whatsoever for this address in the CRW system) <br /> �i Some windows at the main floor area o(the residencc arc painted shut and not operable. <br /> G Srnoke alarms throughout the dwelling are not instafed The occupant has placed the alarms �that aie present) in <br /> .ueas where Ihe alarrns would be o/some bene(it (on shelves etcJ.
