However, he has not yet spoken with the <br /> Planning DepaRment about the project, other than a briet conversation that Niels and I had with one of his contractors a <br /> couple weeks ago. A feasibiliry meeting was suggested at that time, since the property is in a historic district. <br /> Docurnents for the history of the property have bean sent in a separate e-mail to each of you.
