As our office has indicated to you verbally, such a use is permitted under the Group home designation in the city of Everett zoning code, provided that the facility complies with the licensinq requirements of the Washtngton State Department of Social and Health Services. We have also reviewed the information you have submitted to us about your intended services, and the current amount of off etreet parkinq available on site. In your letter, you have indicated that a maximum of 8 to 10 children would be using the facility at any qiven �im�•, and ttiat one full time resident, end ane day time only resi.dent wo:ld be overaeeinq the facility. You have also indicated that a tran�zportation van would be used to transport the children to vari�us activities, and that occa�sionally, an older youth may have a car of their own. Using the above inPormation, rhe city traffic enqineer has determined that 4 off street parking spaces would provide adequate parking for. the usa you have proposed.
