The National Development Council is a <br /> nationally recognized firm offering technical assistance to municipalities for economic development projects, <br /> equity for affordable housing projects, creative financing options and the like. The National Development <br /> Council has worked with cities like Tacoma and Seattle to help develop and fund revitalization and <br /> redevelopment projects that have made a tremendous impact on the accomplishment of their economic <br /> development goals. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Technical Assistance Agreement the National Development Council for <br /> twelve months of professional services in the amount of$75,000. <br /> 5 <br />
