<br /> Recently I had a call from Mrs. Morris Risen of 522 HawChorne complaining
<br /> abou[ Uie goings on on Mr. liegges proper[y (kids, cars, drugs, wild parties,
<br /> etc). She said she has called the police several Cimes bu[ the culprits
<br /> esr_ape coming our way. She wanted [he Authority to install a fence along
<br /> our line to replace Mr. Hegges fencc.
<br /> At n ,luly 10[h meetinq of our Crandview Homes Reslden[s Council the samP
<br /> sub�ect arose, Our Residents claim [he culprits escape in the other
<br /> disection. In any event i[ seems clear that tl�e field and aUandoned
<br /> house are still a source of trouble for both our people and o[i�er ncarby
<br /> r��sidents.
<br /> I're�ent conditions in the area are much the same as in 1970. We mny
<br /> even[ually be nUle [o afford a fenc� hut I doubt 1[ u•nulil solve [he
<br /> problem as long as conditions on the proper[y remain as [hey now are,
