Nor <br /> huve any calls been received requesting an inspectiun for side sewer construction on your <br /> property. Therefore, it appears tliat you have failed to connect to the public sewer system per our <br /> May 13, 1997 agreement. <br /> Monthly charges for �ewer service and repayment of the utiliry connection fee have been added <br /> to your monthly utility bill. These additional charges will continue even though you hnve not <br /> connected to the public sewer system.
