We subsequently discussed this matter <br /> during telephone conversations on April 17, 1992 and May 21, 1992. <br /> During our May 21, 1992 telephene conversation you agreed to commit, in writing, to <br /> connect to the Barbara Lane sewer by a specific date. Since I have received no such <br /> commitment from you to date, you have violated city ordinance. <br /> To prevent this matter from being referred to the City Attorney's office you must <br /> immediately commit, in writing, to connect to the Barbara Lane sewer main by a <br /> specific date, as you previously agreed to do in our Mav 21, 1992 telephone <br /> conversation.
