Bracketa : 2 x 4 material, one chord <br /> nailed to aheathinq under aiding, (notch out eiding to <br /> fit) one chord nailed to soffit, (ceplace bargeboard and <br /> notch for bracket) and a third membec to run diaqonaily <br /> from bottom of wall chord to outaide of aoffit chord;' <br /> mitered to fit. <br /> Cut rotten wood off base of front porch support posts, <br /> inatall metal bracketa, anchored into concrete pad, and <br /> attached to existing posta. <br /> Repair foundation vents, replacinq any missing screens. <br /> Power wash aiding complete and scrape all loose and <br /> peeling paint. Patch sidinq as neceasary over opening <br /> for window to be removed. Prime all bare and new wood <br /> with one coat oil base primer.
